Fiscora

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 10 October 2026

1. Who we are

Fiscora (getfiscora.com) is operated by Shahzeb Jan Gondal, an individual based in Pakistan. In this policy, “Fiscora”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean the operator of getfiscora.com.

You can contact us at [email protected].

2. Where we are today

Fiscora is in pre-launch. Today the website shows information and free calculators that run in your browser. There are no user accounts, no sign-up or contact forms, no payments and no advertising tools. We use Google Analytics to measure visits, but only if you accept it.

Before we start collecting any additional personal data (for example when accounts, the finance dashboard or paid features launch), we will update this policy and change the “Last updated” date.

3. What we collect today

  • Emails you send us. If you email [email protected] we receive your email address, your name if it appears in your message, and the content of your message. We use it to reply to you.
  • Technical data from visiting the site. Like most websites, our hosting provider’s servers automatically record technical data such as your IP address, the page requested, the date and time, and your browser and device type. This is used to deliver the site, keep it secure and fix problems.
  • Calculator inputs. The calculators run entirely in your browser. The numbers you type are not sent to us and are not stored by us.
  • A language cookie. We store a small cookie called NEXT_LOCALE that remembers the language you chose. It contains only a language code (for example “ur”) and no personal information.
  • Fonts. The typefaces are served from our own website. Your browser does not contact Google or any other font service to load them.
  • Exchange rates. When you open the Currency, Gold or Zakat calculator, your browser requests exchange rates from api.frankfurter.dev, a third-party service. That service receives your IP address and basic browser information, as any website does when you request data from it. The amounts you type are not sent.
  • Gold and silver prices. When you open the Gold or Zakat calculator, your browser requests the current gold and silver prices from api.gold-api.com, a third-party service, and asks again about once a minute while the page stays open. That service receives your IP address and basic browser information, as any website does when you request data from it. The weights, amounts and country you choose are not sent.
  • Analytics, only if you accept. If you click “Accept” on the cookie banner, we load Google Analytics 4, a service of Google. It sets cookies (named _ga and _ga_ followed by an ID) and receives technical data from your browser, including your IP address, the pages you view, your approximate location, your device and browser type, and the page that sent you here. We use it to count visits and see which pages are useful. We switched off Google’s advertising features, so this data is not used to show you personalised ads. The numbers you type into calculators are never sent. If you click “Reject”, or make no choice, nothing is loaded from Google and no analytics cookies are set. You can change your choice at any time with “Cookie settings” in the footer.

4. What we expect to collect after launch

When we launch, we expect to process the data below. We will update this policy, and name our service providers, before we start collecting it.

  • Account data: your email address and sign-in credentials.
  • Financial data you provide: information you upload or enter into the finance dashboard, such as transactions, invoices and budgets.
  • Purchase and billing records: what you bought, when, and the amount. Card or payment details are entered with a third-party payment provider; we do not intend to store full card numbers on our own systems.
  • Settings and preferences you save, such as your chosen theme or plan.

5. How we use personal data

  • To reply to your messages.
  • To operate, secure and improve the website.
  • To provide the features you ask for, once they launch.
  • To process payments and keep records we are required to keep.
  • To comply with legal obligations.

6. Sharing

We do not sell your personal data.

We share data only with service providers who help us run Fiscora, for example website hosting, email and (once launched) payment processing, and only as needed for those services. We may also disclose data if the law requires it, or to protect our rights, safety or the safety of others.

7. International transfers

Our service providers may store or process data in countries other than Pakistan. Your data may therefore be handled outside your own country.

8. How long we keep data

We keep emails for as long as needed to deal with your request and for our records, then delete them. Server logs are kept by our hosting provider for a limited period under its own settings. The language cookie stays in your browser until it expires or you delete it.

Google Analytics cookies stay in your browser for up to about two years unless you delete them or withdraw your choice. Google Analytics data is kept for the retention period set in our Google Analytics account, which we keep as short as practical.

After launch we will state how long account and financial data is kept.

9. Cookies

We set the language cookie described above. If you accept analytics, Google Analytics also sets cookies named _ga and _ga_ followed by an ID. You can accept, reject or change your choice at any time with “Cookie settings” in the footer, and you can delete cookies in your browser settings. If you delete the language cookie, the site will use the language your browser asks for, or English.

10. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Your choices

You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing [email protected]. We offer this regardless of where you live. We will respond within a reasonable time. We may need to verify your identity first, and we may keep data that we are legally required to keep.

If the law where you live gives you additional rights, you can use them by contacting us, and we will handle your request in line with that law.

12. Children

Fiscora is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, email us and we will delete it.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date shows when it last changed. If a change significantly affects how we use personal data, we will say so on the website before it takes effect.

14. Contact
